WARNING (Ladies)

Reflection is important.  During the past 12 years of my civilian life, I have noticed a trend in my interactions.  When attacked, I launch a counter-offensive with facts rather than with demeaning personal attacks.  Resilience does not mean that we must turn the other cheek.  Resilience is about reacting in a manner that is not toxic.  Facts and truth can hurt, but they are not toxic.
